The surroundings of our hotel offer you various possibilities for recreation, holiday plans, or weekend trips – alone as well as with the whole family. You can hike on or alongside the Lahn-Dill-Bergland trail or any other of the various trails; you can explore the cave Schauhöhle Herbstlabyrinth Breitscheid – the first cave in Europe with LED lightning – , or discover the historical centres of Herborn, Dillenburg, or Wetzlar.

If you prefer to discover the surroundings by bike instead, a well developed network of bicycle routes awaits you. We will gladly assist you in planning your route – in accordance with your personal interests.
